Please read carefully before booking your soulful journey with Avirat Parikrama.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the AVIRAT Parikrama Tourism website and all services provided by us. By booking any tour, trek, or event with AVIRAT Parikrama, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Discount Policy
- No group Discount for any type of Short Tours / Trek / Event.
- First Come First Serve: It is applicable, if mentioned specifically. First Come First Serve will be given on or before mentioned date of discount. This Discount does not require a Group Booking; even a Single person can take advantage of First Come First Serve.
- Discounts are applicable for limited tours, limited seats and for limited period only, only if declared by the Avirat Parikrama.
- Group Booking: To avail a group Discount, a group should have a minimum FOUR members & they must register themselves as a Group, at the time of Booking. Group Discount is given on per person basis.
- Participants can take the Benefit of any One Discount Policy (i.e. either Group or First Come First Serve).
- Discount is applicable for the age 5 years and above for Indian tours.
- Tour Price / Discount Price exclude any government taxes applicable from time to time.
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all the rights to reduce / increase or Cancel the discount without prior Notice.
2. Booking Procedure
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights of admission for any type of Trek / Tour / Event announced by Avirat Parikrama.
- Booking for all events will be done on first come first served basis.
- Bookings for all the events are to be made at the office of Avirat Parikrama by paying the fees and filling up the Registration form duly signed by the Participant.
- Avirat Parikrama reserve all rights to change the venue / dates / schedule or cancel the event if any unforeseen problem arises or if the management things so.
- Participants, who have registered online for any type of event, must pay the prescribed booking amount before last date of Registration mentioned in Tour details. If the payment is not made within given period, then the registration shall be deemed to be cancelled.
- Any Incidental / Additional expenses incurred during the any type of event shall be borne by the concerned participants.
3. Payment Terms and Conditions
3.1. For Short Tours / Event:
- The participant will have to pay prescribed booking amount by filling up the Registration form duly signed by the participant.
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights to restrict or cancel the admission of particular participant or a group.
- For weekend/ Short Tours (mostly on Saturday/ Sunday) admissions are closed before Three days of the Tour / event.
3.2. Balance Payment:
- For Short Tours / Event: Balance payment before TWO days of the departure date.
- For Stay Tours (2 to 4 Days): Balance payment before fifteen (15) days of the departure date of event.
- For Long Tours (More than 4 Days): Balance payment before twenty (20) days of the departure date of event.
- If the balance payment is not made within the stipulated time period, the registration will get canceled and refund will be given according to the Cancellation Policy of Avirat Parikrama.
3.3. Railway Booking:
- It is not possible for Avirat Parikrama to ensure that the Group / Participants will get Railway Reservations (reserved for Participants on their behalf) together or in the same compartment because of random seat allotment by Railway Computerized System.
- No railway reservation for Short Tours / Treks / Events. It is not possible for Avirat Parikrama to ensure that all groups will come in same compartment.
It is assumed that you have accepted all the terms, conditions and undertakings, when you enroll for an event.
4. Cancellation Policy
Please Read Carefully the Cancellation Rules.
4.1. Cancellation and Refund Rules:
- Any cancellation by participant(s) must be communicated to Avirat Parikrama Office in writing by Email or by Hand.
- The refund, if any, will be given after 7 days but before 15 days when the concerned event is over, irrespective of the date when the cancellation has been communicated to us. Verbal cancellation will not be taken into consideration.
- Refund will be paid only by cash / cheque, irrespective of your mode of payment and subject to the amount of refund.
- Transfer of booking will be permitted where feasible and will be at the discretion of the Management.
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights to change or modify the Tour / Camp. Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights to proponed or postpones the event and Avirat Parikrama shall not be liable to refund booking charges in such a case.
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights to cancel any Event / Camp. In that case only, all amounts accepted as Event Charges only will be refunded, within 15 days from date of cancellation.
- The Event / Camp may be cancelled due to any type of unpredictable reasons or any type of Natural or technical problem beyond control of Avirat Parikrama, then no refund shall be payable.
- Verbal cancellation will not be taken into consideration. It must be in writing & requires prior Receipts.
- Avirat Parikrama shall not be responsible for losses incurred for the AIR / TRAIN / BUS bookings, or any extension to the any type of tour / Trek / event done by the clients, either independently or through us arising due to cancellation in the event by Avirat Parikrama. In such cases, only the Amount accepted as event / tour Charges will be refunded.
- Avirat Parikrama reserves all rights to cancel any type of event / Tour. In that case, Money will be refunded after deducting ‘Non-refundable costs’ (such as Air / Railway reservation cancellation charges, Tour arrangements charges, Accommodation Cancellation charges, Safari Booking Charges) Remaining amount will be refunded within 15 days from date of cancellation of such Event / Tour.
- Disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
4.2. Cancellation Rules (Deductions):
Following deductions will be made in case of Cancellation:

Note: Charges are levied on the gross tour price and not the discounted price.
For Indian tours, cancellation charges do not include air ticket cancellation and they will be levied separately.
Cancellation Rules: No Refund for SHORT TOURS / trek.
5. Tour Rules & Regulations
- Tour cost published may or may not be including railway / air fare.
- Avirat Parikrama herein after referred to as the company, does Railway / Air ticketing at Extra Cost. In case of fluctuations in bus/ train/ air fares, the same shall be borne by the tour participant as an additional cost.
- In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the Tour Manager has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour.
- The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. But no compensation claim will be entertained.
- Baggage and personal belongings of the tour participant is his/ her responsibility. The company shall not be liable for the loss / damage of the same.
- The company shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damage/ loss caused to the tour participant due to reasons beyond the control of the company.
- Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited during the bus journey/ in the dining halls.
- If the tour participant misbehaves causing inconvenience or annoyance to any tour participant or causes damage to the property of the company, he/ she will be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Tour Managers have been authorized to do so. There will not be any compensation, whatsoever, in such cases.
- Food will not be provided by the company during Railway / Air journey. The expenses towards the same shall be borne by the tour participant.
- Drinking water will not be provided by the company during the Bus / Train journey. Tour participants are requested to carry their own Water Bottles.
- As a Travel House / Tour Operators, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Railways, Coach Companies, Shipping Companies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities, provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided by outside agencies. Also please note that the company does not have any control on schedules of opening and closing timings of the tourist attractions.
- On receiving request from a tour participant, to travel by higher class of Railway / Air, the company assures to do it’s best to arrange for the same. But if the company cannot fulfill the request, the tour participant will have to travel, as per the ticket arranged, according to the initial request. Non-availability of higher class cannot be a reason to cancel the tour.
- In computerized reservation system of Indian Railways, the berths / seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants will have to travel by the same berth / seat as mentioned in the ticket, issued by Indian Railways.
- The ‘Day to Day Programme’ consisting of Names of the hotels, their telephone numbers and the list of necessary things to be carried by the tour participant can be collected from the office of Avirat Parikrama.
- If the tour participant is travelling by Air / Rail before the tour schedule of the company, he/she shall bear the expenses towards food and accommodation. If the tour participant is travelling by Air / Rail on tickets/schedule not arranged by the company, it will be sole responsibility of the tour participant to join the group at the right time and place. In any circumstances the company and the Tour Manager shall not be responsible for the tour participant, before joining the group.
- If there are less than 15 participants in a group, the road travel will be done by Sumo / Qualis / Tempo Traveler. In such a case seat numbers may change. Also the Backside Seat of Sumo / Tavera / Qualis is not Driver facing. Any argument related to that case will not be entertained.
- There will be separate rules and regulations for different schemes announced by the company from time to time. These will be supplement to the main terms and conditions and will be informed to passengers at the time of booking under those schemes.
- Domestic Tour prices attract 3.09 % Government Service Tax, except Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Assam Meghalaya Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nepal tours, which will be charged extra on the tour cost published in the brochure.
- Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction.
- The company may arrange shooting during tours (stills / video). The tour participants shall have no objection to the shot material being used as publicity material by the company.
- Cheque / Demand drafts should be drawn in favor of “Avirat Parikrama”, payable at Pune.
- It is assumed that you have read the rules and regulations and you understand and accept the same.
6. Insurance:
- Neither participants nor any event shall be insured by Avirat Parikrama, unless mentioned specifically.
7. Brochure
- Brochure means tariff rates and tours related information published by the Company from time to time for the respective years. After arrival of new brochure all old tariff cards and tours related information stands cancelled unless specified.
- Company reserves the right to change or modify information related to tour or tariffs; also hotels can be changed even after the tour has been booked by the Guest. The Company shall inform the Guest at the earliest about the changes in their respective programme.
8. Liberty of activity
- Company as an organization is coordinating with various independent service providers for conducting the tour. Company takes utmost precaution to ensure that the tour is comfortable. Also, Guests are updated from time to time through different media of communication in case of changes.
- Though we take maximum care, neither do we have control on the modes of transport neither like airlines, railways, cruises, coaches, buses etc nor on hotels, restaurants or any other services.
- Thus, as a company we shall not be responsible for any kind of damage to the person or to the property because of these independent vendors.
